How the loop works

  1. Trigger engine detects a weekly decline (e.g. communication −7.8 pts).
  2. A nudge is composed and logged — never auto-sent (org rule). You send it explicitly.
  3. Employee gets it on their phone: "Your communication dipped — want to fix it?"
  4. They tap Yes → routed to a matched LMS module or fresh AI-generated content.
  5. Completion posts a measured score-lift back into their profile.
